Being situated on the left bank of the Beas, this tourist attraction commands an enthralling view of the river as well.

This place is also visited for its historical significance. It was the capital town of the Kulu state for about fourteen hundred years. The reminiscences of those glorious days are still preserved by the local people with much care and pride.

IThere are some majestic religious sites in and around Naggar. Most famous among them include those dedicated to Vishnu, Lord Krishna and Tripura Sundari. A large number of pilgrims visit Naggar every year.
